Mary Kay Ash always said that the best motivation was praise, and the Star Consultant Program is a rewarding example of this philosophy, rather than imposing mandatory quotas and sales minimums! A Consultants who achieve Star status chose to work their business and achieved sales of $1800 or more in a single quarter. Consultants who achieve Start Status are rewarded with their choice of prizes- just for getting up, getting cute, and getting out!
